Battery F250 06

How the hell do you put water in the battery....went dead this am..truck has 4200 miles only...some one said it could be the alternator...Does anyone have any suggestions...Its Sunday and Football is coming on

I believe it's a sealed battery, (you can't add water). I'd take it to an auto parts store, most will check it for free.

Sounds like a dealer issue to me given the miles on the truck, etc.
