Transmission Casting Numbers
I am trying to find out what these numbers mean... E8TE YE 315811.
I know the E8TE is 1988-Truck-Engine Part, but I cannot find out what the "YE" means... and i bet that is the model of tranny that i have. I have a manual 5 speed overdrive... so woundn't that be a T-5?
