Question edge screen goes blank

has anyone with the edge tuner had their tuner not appear when they start their truck?i tried restarting the truck once and the truck wouldn't start. i had to disconnect the edge and then start back up. i just updated last week. i have a 06 5.4 btw.this has happened a couple of times.

Cold weather will do it. My has done it when it was cold.

for one it hasn't been cold here in maryland yet.i'll have to see if edge has any sollutions. thanks.

I should have looked at your location first lol. I'm not to far from you, Yeah it was 76 deg. yesterday. What great weather were have this winter.
Mine has done it a few times but it was cold when it did it.

When it happens to me I just hit the enter button and it comes back.

it doesn't come back hitting any buttons.probably just stupid computer gliches.

I have had the same problem 4 times. Im also in MD. I am using the latest update. Unplugging then plugging back in is the only way to bring the screen back up. Let us know if you find out any solutions from edge.

Or cycle power through the ignition. That's what I've done.
