running funny
93 bronco 170k new rad, waterpunp, <3> hoses, fan, thermostat. runs cold, then hot. idles 190 stomp it 20 seconds then idle pegs then back to 190, and pukes in the new overflow... I am lost time for new motor? oh yeah 5.8, auto. a/c pwr everything

almost sounds like an airlock to me?try bleeding out from them thermostat again and see if that helps any. I have also in the past kept the system open until the thermostat opens and them topped things up again. sometime they can really be a bugger to get all that air out.
