Upgrades?
Recently purchased a 2000 Excursion Ltd, and I'd like to get back some of the features that I lost in the recently sold Mountaineer --- can anyone offer advice or experience on any of the following:

- auto headlights
- fog lights
- auto door lock when in drive
- power pedals
- heated seats
- stearing wheel controls for radio/cruise

My '05 Eddie Bauer X has all those features. My '01 Limited had the fog lights and heated seats, but not the others. With all the parts you'd need to add those features, you'd be miles ahead if you just buy an X that already has 'em. And yes, you'd have to change out the wiring harnesses ... and the GEM probably wouldn't recognize those circuits.
