turbo upgrades??
Just wondering about turbo upgrades, is there any way to produce more boost without replacing the turbo? If I do replace the turbo, do i just rebuild it with HP parts, such as a new compressor wheel, or buy an aftermarket turbo?

yes
all you need is a smaller exhaust housing. they are about 100 bucks.
i dont know where you live but if you live up high i would go with an .84 also offered is a 1.0. you can buy them from tymarperformance.com...
fwiw your stocker is a 1.15.
a smaller one will have you spooling quicker and more.
if you really want some boost dump some more fuel into that beast with some bigger squirt guns.

Bigger squirt guns? Where do I find injectors? What kind should I run...truck has 200,000 miles on it, but runs like a top...I currently have an air intake, 3 1/2" downpipe, 4" open exhaust, all gauges, and an edge programmer. That web site that you recommended did not work....just said that it was the future site....
