f150 gearing
were the f150's from 99-03 available with 3.73's or were they only offered with 3.55's
dont know if there's a section with this info, but i'd appreciate it if someone pointed me in the right direction.

BTW, the 7700 lb Payload Package uses a completely different rear axle than models without this package. Ford axles come with ring gears in three sizes, 8.8, 9.75, and 10.25. The 3.73 gear for this package would be a 10.25 ring gear. Therefore your dealer may not be able to get a factory gear set for your truck. You should however be able to find a 3.73 gear set in the aftermarket most anywhere.
