Do you have the alignment print out you can post on here? Look specifically for the DIFFERENCE in camber and caster between left and right.
If you have more than a .4 degree difference left to right, you're likely going to experience a pull. They may have to install a camber/caster kit to make it adjustable.
Also there's the possibility of a locked up brake, bad control arm bushing (flexing under road force), or a shifted rear axle.
