Figured it out.

I figured out why I could not add a signature.
A new member must have more than 25 posts before they can have a signature file attached to the bottom of their posts.
Hmmmm. Does this count as my second post ??

Welcome to FTE Rich! Yep, you have to have 25 posts to get your signature turned on. But, once you start posting you won't be able to stop so it is only a matter of time. Look around at the various forums. There is a lot of great info. Enjoy your stay.
