hey guys thanks for the tips ..i ended up putting a new back pressure sensor in it. it was supper nastey. it really smoothed out the trans. shifting ,and it helped the boost a tad ..i put a gauge on it and im getting all 17 but it still dont sound like a normal 7.3 or 6.0 whistle or zing its just not loud and with that engine it dont seem like it would be quiet ..i can tell ya its slow to get there ... im gona keep looking , im gona order a mbrp exhaust next week i believe. what ya think? oh the question of the week 97 f250 under the drivers dash to the right a hair theres a black box w/5 ish prongs and the #s are 96 07-17a in yellow and a seprate #vf2tb-100840 aa this looks to be un pluged does any know what it is.. i called 2 different fords and they had no idea ..just said plug it up ..id just like to know what im pluging in, ya know

It sounds to me like its the annoying dinger when u leave your keys in the ignition or leave the lights on and open your door. Alot of people unplug it so that they dont have to listen to it. So if urs still dings then forget what I have said.
