multifunction switch wanted
Hello all,
I am new to this site and am reaching out for help from those with more experience. My 1999 f150 has that phantom windshield wiper operation going on and from what I have read it looks like the connectors of the GEM or the multifunction switch are making poor contact or more likely since it is known to be a problem addressed in TSB 00-9-06, that the switch itself has to be replaced. It's too rainy to work outside today checking those connections but I am pretty much convinced that a replacement multifunction switch will be in order. Can anyone direct me to a supplier that will sell me a switch at a savings over that charged by the local stealer? Thanks in advance for any help offered.
