I'm looking at buying a roll up bed cover. Anyone out there have one that they would recommend? Also, which dealer would you use again? I'd rather use a site sponser for obvious reasons. Thanks in advance
I got the Access Roll-up Tonneau Bed Cover and I really like it. It looks good, installs easy, and you can roll it up when you do not need it. The only thing I had to do to mine, I think it was the add on bed rail covers causing it, was use some clear RTV to seal the side rails against the bed. I got mine form www.realtruck.com. Good people to work with.
I have pictures of my roll-n-lock in my gallery. It was originally on my 99 V-10 Super Duty and I put it on my 7.3. Its five years old and still looks like new. It is child proof... I cought my 5 year old playing on it one day. As well as this one has held up, I'll buy no other!
i bought a truxedo. It was a good price and had a great warrenty. I've had it for a year now, easy to install and held up great. They are a sponsor but i bought mine locally before i found this site. The local shop said he had a contractor that put a hole in his cover and he just called the company and they sent him a new cover. He also had a sample of the material with a hole in it and told me to try to rip it more and i couldn't no matter how hard i tried. For the price it couldn't be beat in my opinion
I installed a Truxedo Lo Pro and really like it. We have had everything from snow to down pouring rains and so far the bed is complely dry inside. It gets a little wet inside the tailgate when driving, but that is because the tailgate has a little warp from setting too much weight on it at one time. The cover comes with a full lifetime warranty including the fabric, so it seemed like a good choice to me.
