TMI pistons

according to my calculations, which sometimes are blurry, compression with those keith blacks with a 60 over bore and a .041 head gasket with the piston .019 in the hole the compression should be about 9.3:1, thats with the 14cc step dish as advertised, does this sound right at all to yall

some calculators use more input info than others. using your inputs and figuring 78cc's for the chamber volume, 4" stroke and 4.1" for the gasket bore diameter, i got 9.09:1 on the calculator i used. http://raceabilene.com/kelly/hotrod/compression.html

how/why are you figuring .019" in the hole?

i thought they were designed as 9.5:1 ? usually a larger bore increases ratio as more cyl is taken below than above the compression chamber volume wise.

big thing is not to under cam and need 95 octane.
