After reading everyones comments on these, I believe I'll go with them when ready. Hopefully this spring. Anyone have his programs running a stick shift ?

No, but I bet it would be FUUUUUN!! I drove a bone-stock 7.3 6-speed the other day, and it felt ballsy Could only imagine the FUN with a DPTuner chip!! You won't be sorry with your choice of Jody's chip!!

MAN I wish I had a stickshift sometimes!!

Those mpg numbers are just sick. It makes me want to go for a trip long enough to burn up a tank on 80econo at 70mph.

I run his programs with a stick shift. Way better programs than my old chip, way smoother especially. In the 120 aggressive tune for 6 speeds, take off is a little harder, as the pedal becomes pretty touchy. But I'm used to it now, and its not so bad.

BTW wish I had an auto, sick of shifting and an auto would really suite my driving style better.

I think I remember Cookie saying that's why he went to the DI chip (has 6 speed). That and DI was doing his injectors.

Can't wait, the wife and me may be going to Florida in April, looks like a detour to Asheville NC is in the plan.

Might even be easier than that Jody and Dianne are talking about moving to GA in the near future.
