transmission problems
I have a 97 F 350 7.3. Had transmission rebuilt and beefed up as well as torque converter. Put it in and slipps.Was rebuilt by highly reccomended transmission specialist. We put in. Replaced both batteries this morning. Does the computer have anything to do with this? Malinda in Pa.

hi malinda..welcome to FTE the best place on the net for ford trucks..i would love to help you but your truck is a 97.you would get a better answer by asking in the 1994.5 - 1997 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel this is the 99 to 03 psd forum...alot of things between the years have changed.. good luck and happy new year..
