NP205/C6 questions

NP205/C6 questions
Well I just smoked reverse and 1st gear in my C6 so a rebuild is in order. Does anybody have info on putting lower 1st & 2nd gears from a E4OD or who has a rebuild kit that includes them? and other tricks to strengthen reverse & 1st? Also while I'm at it I need to rebuild my NP205 just because it makes a bit of racket under full load and also when backing out of the gas. Seems like if I held the shifter the noise should stop but it doesn't. Anybody know what causes the NP205 to make racket so I can be sure to fix it while it's out?
I use my truck (79 460 C6 NP205) for towing my trailer to the So Cal dunes, and pulling folks out that get stuck
Any info would be appreciated.
