E40D Shift Kit

i am thinking of putting a shift kit on my 91 Bronco it has the stock E4OD trans. there is no problem with the transmission i'm just looking for a little harder crisper shifts. i did a search on it and it seems like the transgo kit is the most popular choice while the B&m transkit seems to be the bottom of the list. is this true? also how complicated is it to install one of these? an engine i can work with but an automatic trans is like speaking a different language to me.

the Trans Go kit I got for my 96 with the E4OD tranny was a breeze. Even came with a step by step video. Plus I was able to decide how firm I wanted my shifts through each gear.
