need help figuring somthing out

I have my id tag and was wondering what all these numbers ment this is the tag that on the fire wall under the hood of a ford ranger

0897 19 R14KPA44090

2H BU25

BK M4
HL S

THATS THE WAY IT IS FORMATED ON THE TAG any help would be great

These are called "Buck Tags"

Is this a 97 Ranger ?
