Guys my pcv valve has been leaking oil onto of the passenger side valve cover, would a bad pcv valve do this or is it doing this because of high oil pressure? My oil pump is pumping out 50 psi at around 2000 rpms.. How do you seal the pcv valve from leaking oil? I just put in new valve cover gaskets, some fel-pro blue rubber with the metal orings and hate to see any oil leaks around any of the valve covers now, so I am trying to get this fixed ASAP....

Have you considered replacing the pcv hose? If it is the original it could be blocked. Just an idea.
if it's loose in the hole replace the rubber gromet in the valve cover....
as stated above make shure you have vacuume at the valve.
High milage engines will have excessive blow by and if your pcv system can't keep up it's going to blow it out somewhere.
if it's an automatic pull out the pvc valve and have someone hold the brake with it in gear and gas it a little. look at the hole in the valve cover where the pcv was, if it's blowing like steam out of it, that might be the cause.....you can also just rev it up with the valve out of the cover.
