Oil leak, possible head gasket

Hey everyone.

I have an 89' F-150 with a 302 and 245,000 km. It has a small oil leak on the passenger side near the rear of the motor. It leaks mostly when it is parked, but I can smell oil burning when at a stop light sometimes, but not always. This is, as far as I can tell, oil dripping onto the Y-pipe, which it also does after I shut it off.
It looked like it was dripping down from the valve cover, so I replaced the passenger side valve cover. No dice. It is still leaking. Also, I opened the oil filler neck, and inside the oil cap it definately looked like there was coolant mixed in. The truck runs absolutely beautifully though.
So where to now? I'm going to do an oil change tomorrow and see if there is coolant in the oil. There is no coolant leaking. I've been reading the forum and found people with similar problems and it was suggested to be an oil pan gasket or rear main, but would either of those cause the oil to drip on the Y-pipe?
Any help would be appreciated.
