Constant hot wire
I'll be gettting my Ipod soon. I would like to hook to my truck. I already have the Head unit that is Ipod ready, and I also bought the adapter to run the Ipod. My question is what Is a good constant power source for the adapter?

Thanks lariat97 for the recomendation, the thing is it has to be hard wired.
Thanks for the info. I'll keep that in mind. I am also going to talk to my uncle about it.

Agreed splice into that wire, it is fused and close to where the ipod will be. Other option is a fuse jumper in the fuse box on that circuit. I am curious, what exactly are you hooking up to constant power? I just got an ipod myself and am going with the Itrip adapter I think.
