My old friend has a 73 with some wheels from he said was a Andy Dandy, what year was that Truck version?

 

Probably like the truck on the Andy Griffith show ?

 

Andy Dandy is a new term on me. Are there any photos of it anywhere?

I am trying to find some but not having any luck. He said the truck came with wooden stakes on top of bed and may have had his face painted on rear quarter panel? I nevr heard of it either. It could be a myth. The wheels are aluminum and black painted in some areas. Might be a North Carolina dealer option?

 

Could be, there was some of that going on back then.
