I suspect it won't be a good thing.
The only state I have seen that allows blue lights is Indiana, and you better have volunteer firefirghter credentials and be on your way to a call if you are caught with them on.

Same in New York. Blue lights anywhere on the exterior you better be a volunteer firefighter. I know a girl who was ticketed for blue LED windshield washer nozzles.
