I just heard on the radio he's "seriously depressed" since his ill-fated book deal fell through...Gee, OJ, that's really rough...maybe get back out on the golf course & forget about it.
do I understand correctly that if he would make a public confession that he did indeed kill his spouse that he would still be a free man, or would they find some lesser charge to use to lock him up for awhile?
Whats so stupid is that many people still think Oj was not guilty and the victum of racist cops.........that DNA evidence is not valid,,,,,,,,,,Just like the DUKE case in North Carolina, The so called victum has no case and people there still think the ball players charged are guilty............
I think we need a change in that law as to where someone can't be tried twice for the same offense....such as murder.
If he was to come out and publicly admit to the crime, then he should be brought to justice. If not....what kind of message will this send to everyone else.....including his children?
Sorry, I couldn't resist, that was my favorite part of that case. The no double jeopardy law is a good law that should not be changed. It might really sound lousy with this case but there is a true reason it's there.
I think we should make an exception for Chevy and Dodge owners. Then again they do it to themselves by purchasing yet another Chevy or Dodge complaining about it. That's a form of double jeopardy, don't ya think?
