First thing first, when did you last change o2 sensors and fuel filters? If it's been a while, replace them, they can cause you to run lean. Clean your MAF.
After that, you might have fuel pressure issue, or your tune is set lean.

In a fuel injection engine, you can't read the plugs that close like a carbed engine.
The PCM keeps the fuel ratio so tight that the plugs look that way normally.
Only data logging the OX sensors can tell you if the engine is truely lean at any point in the total operation.

A grayish tan to while color indicates the correct heat range spark plug is in use, the fuel and ignition systems are in good shape and overall engine mechanical condition is good.
