Hi Fatz,
The correct point gap for the 223 would be 0.024" - 0.026".

thanks Kenny ,I set at19 and it fired rite up!! I will change to 24. Old glass bowl fuel pump doesnt seem to be pumping , is it a easy rebuild ?? parts available?? Fatz

Not sure on a rebuild kit for 223, but Dennis Carpenter has kits for the 292. They do advertise new ones for the 223 for $37.50. http://www.dennis-carpenter.com Good luck.
