wiring woes...need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wiring woes...need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok, I wired up my lightforce lights today, and put the switch right beside my DP switch...the lights are wired into the hi beam...with the hi beams off and flicking the switch everything is fine...with the highbeams on..turn the light on, they work, switch it off and it cancels out my chip for a second....when I was tesing the lights it shut my truck of once....and sometimesthe check engine and wait to start lights come on.......how could the switch be effecting this?

Jody and Dianne are shipping out a shielded replacement nine pin cable to replace the ones that came with our F5 tuner. Apparently, the non-shielded cable is prone to interfere with other electronics.

Mine does wierd things too
My truck randomly locks the doors, unlocks the doors and flashes the parking lights. Jody said the shielded cable will fix it. I moved the cable and it seems to help out tremendously. Today it only locked and unloced the doors once. I am sure the new cable will fix our stange happenings. Jody rocks and the lope idle sure makes some power..........
