More Turbo Help

Well i finally got around to pulling my turbo today and its completly toast, it has a ton of end play like .5 in but the side to side was still fine... my question is that if I go with a van turbo what parts do I absolutly HAVE to get to make it work on my early 99psd Thanks guys

You will need a non-ebpv pedistal, and you really should consider rebuilding the replacement before you install it.

Here check out this thread, this guy recently converted from an early to a late 99 turbo

We needed the intake manifolds, the five way manifolds, the pedistal, the up pipes with the collector, and the boots from the 5 way manifold to the intake manifolds. After about 7 hours of working on it(the stupid up pipe bolts on my truck were so stuck that the damn bolts would not come out, they were rusted to the inside of my exhuast manifolds) we got it complelted. Now I have to buy a AIH delete plug because i do not even have the circuitry for the AIH
