Thats exceptable, it will suck oil out through the breather hose and the PCV valve. If you do a lot of city driving, it will consume more oil as well. My truck has 66,600 miles and uses about 1/4 of a quart between changes, and has since the day i bought it. I do a majority of highway driving though.

Well something is going on, if it just suddenly began doing this.
Stuck or broken ring/s, fuel dillution, lube with lower volitility or higher NOACK % evaporation loss, come to mind.
Are you having, or noticing any driveability changes????
Good idea imo, to change the oil & keep an extra eye on the fill level. I check all my fluids at every fuel up!!!!
