You don't have a sig filled out yet (they must still have a post minimum to get that eh?). Are you into diesels by chance here in Eugene?
Howdy, y'all webfooted people. Oregonian transplanted to NE Tennessee. I do miss the fishing (mainly the salmon & steelhead). The Appalachians are similiar th the Cascaded but much smaller. The trees are smaller too. Welcome aboard FTE - keep the wheels turnin' an' on the down side.
hi george,
thanx, i moved to oregon from nebraska. i lived in omaha,ne for 42 years. and i met my wife. and i relocated to oregon. its wet but nice as well. no thunder storms, no tornados. that doesn't bother me. it scares my wife. i lived thru the tornado of 75'. that was an F5 Tornado! leveled our house and put my moms car in a tree, they had to saw the tree down to get the car off of it or out of it! that tornado sounded like a freight train comin' thru! that winter we had a blizzard. dumped over 5 feet of snow on
us the same year.
Ford Ganger - No thunder storms ?? Just wait. They WILL happen. We used to enjoy the chain lightning > 1 "bolt" sets out like a spider web across the valley and makes a spectacular light show. In Denver we had "bolts" that came straight down and rocked the neighborhood. Here in the southern Appalachians, we have been having "mixed weather. THAT helps make up for the Xeptional drought we've had. Last year we had 1/2 the normal rain and that hurt crops AND many people had wells go dry. Y'all Njoy.
