Check Engine Light...again...
Hi, coming back from a X-mas vacation, I just had to pass a japanese 4x4 up a steep hill, accelerating from 45 to 65 mph full throttle, CE-light came on and stayed on after stopping / starting engine. No noticeable powerloss, nothing else noticeable. Got the '00 Exc. PSD a few weeks back, I was told it was Superchipped +80 HP a few years back (old pulg-in chip). It's quite hard to get it scanned where I live, as I already have a chip, I don't really feel like buying an Evolution, newer Superchip, etc. to get the codes. Should I just reset it by disconnecting the batteries and see, as the code is probably related to the PSI for the injectors being off?

You don't have to remove the chip to get the codes scanned. The scanners used by the local parts places generally won't pick up the diesel specific codes, but it wouldn't hurt to have them scan it anyways....in case the code is from something else. If the light is still on this would be the best time to get it scanned.
