wiper relay

In my 1994 ford truck my wiper governer is not working right the book says each up under the dash behind the headlight switch and take it out. That is not possible does anyone know how to get it out without taking the whole dash apart to get to it.

You have to remove the cluster.

On The 70's trucks , there were 2 screws that went in the bracket from under the dash on the left side.

I have pic if you wish to see it.

This is how the **** comes off. This is very difficult to do though.
