injector rail leaking?

injector rail leaking?
I have a 1994 7.3 turbo diesel IDI and I noticed that the top of the fuel injectors had diesel on them. Is there a seal in the injector rail that I need to replace and does anyone know how to do it?

wiper relay
In my 1994 ford truck my wiper governer is not working right the book says each up under the dash behind the headlight switch and take it out. That is not possible does anyone know how to get it out without taking the whole dash apart to get to it.
