Personally I would swap in and industrial 429 4v. it is a bolt in swap, and a definate performance improvement.

That is what i was considering,a 429 4V. I think i will try the 4V option with the 370 while i look for a 429 4V. Any ideas where i can get a up and running industrial 429 4V in the north east? How can i tell if it is a industrial block and what are the HP.and torque #'s? Also what intake does the 370 take is it the same as the 429? Than i could swap it over if i find a 429 2V. Thanks for your ideas

a 460 will bolt up to the tranny, or if youre after more power than that you can stroke it... the crank snout is smaller, but i dont think thatll be an issue unless you try to reuse the 370 block
