I have a 85 with a 6 cylinder. That is about all I know as I bought it to fix up and bring to the camp. I do know that it has serious rust issues that am working on. I need to find a cheap way to cover up the fenders when I cut out all the rust. I have looked on line but really haven't found what I am looking for. Does anybody know where I can get some rubber flares that come in a roll and can be bolted/screwed to the body and cover all transgressions?
You can make rubber flares out of the stuff you use for lawns and gardens that's sold at Home Depot or Lowe's, etc. I can't remember where I saw a write-up on how to do it, though... . If you're not going to replace the fenders and do cut-outs, you can either do the cheap flares or get bushwackers, either or.
