proably not wired up for it but they aren'r really that hard to do the job. the biggest thing is getting the lights straight and drilling holes in the roof. you can do the wiring yourself to save some money. just buy the lights and the mounting nuts then run the wires to power and ground. its a cheaper way but the correct way is to buy the harness that goes from the pass kick panel to the lights from ford and do it that way. there is someone who posted exact measurements on here but you will have to find that. good luck. measure several times, drill carefully. i would cover the roof with tape, mark the holes, place the lights on the roof, look back at them, then drill through the tape to protect the paint from chipping. oh, drop the headliner first!!!!!!!
Hit up one of the site supporters or your local Ford dealership. The wiring harness & lights are relatively inexpensive. If you do a search here on the forums with something similar to "cab clearance lights", I'm pretty sure you will find the part numbers....if you have any issues finding them somewhere else.
