Probably your only option is to pull the back panel off the tail gate and pull out the motor and raise the window manually. I had to do that on a power window in the door on a car once. Once it is up then you need to figure out a way to keep it up. You might be able to put the motor back in to hold the window in the up position.
Had to do that to a couple of cars. I just unbolted the whole lifting assembly, pushed the window into place, and take a 2x4 and push it against the window, and line it up with a hole in the inner door metal and sink a wood screw into it.
