carb question

Just picked up a 78 f150 2wd w/ a 351m. Looking to change out the carb and get intake and headers.

Question i have is would a holley 390 cfm be big enough? i know the stock 2bbl should be a 351 cfm.

I plan for this to be my daily driver so i am looking for decent gas mileage. plus if any one has a used set of headers or intake let me know.

The maximum normal operating RPM.

Normally on a street engine you would not see more than 4000-4500RPM
