i went wheeling over this last week and got hung up on some rocks and managed to dent the lowest part ofthe transmission pan. there is no leaking and everything seems to be working fine.
my question is whats in the transmission where that part of the pan dips down ? is the magnet there ? some type of fluid pick up tube ?
im wondering if i should replace the pan.
also is there any skid plates out there or do you have to fab one up yourself ?
