I double-checked my tranny today...if that thing won't bolt tight up to a 460, I'll swallow it whole! Has the starter bulge and the holes for the guidepins and looks exactly like the pattern on every 460 I've ever worked on, so I'm gonna say, no, don't get the tranny. I've got it covered.

That's the problem...I just can't get out of here for the next three weekends, otherwise I'd be planning to go over there and help (especially now that I have a vehicle that should get better than 10 MPG!)
But after that I should be good to go, barring any unforseen crap that may pop up at the last minute (as it has a way of doing!)
