04 RCM no communication

Merry Christmas - I have 2 04 f150 not heritage that have issues with seatbelt chiming while driving and buckled up, replaced driver's pretensioner and lasts only a while and then same thing, also no communication to RCM. Have done all the tests for no communication and all wires check out, also removed seats and checked the wires behind the front seats, also replaced RCM module but did not fix. just wondering if anyone has seen this. Thank You and have a Merry Christmas.

Ok first what indication are you getting that it is a seat belt chime? Indicator on the dash? AirBag light? What are you trying to communicate with the RCM with? If you have an Airbag light what is the flash code? Do you have over 50000 miles on the truck? Has it been in a collision?

The first indication is while driving down the road the seat belt reminder goes off, I am buckled up on the one truck. the other truck does the same thing and the passenger air bag light at center of dash flashes intermitantly with nothing on the seat but have not experienced this. Never really tried to diagnose this because we were not able to talk to the RCM to get codes. On one truck the pretensioner was changed and was good for a while reminder stayed out for three weeks and then started again, the most recent truck pretensioner was installed went for a long road test all good, reminder came back on hours later. To me sounds like a wiring problem but have investigated all wires with no signs of damage. It is funny we have two trucks with basically the same problem and very little information on it. if anyone has seen this a little insight would be great. thank you

We are using the Ford WDS and have also tried IDS . both will not communicate. I do not believe that either of these trucks have been in an accident. Thanks for your time, Merry Christmas.
