O/d Light Flashes
Having a issue with the over drive light flashing on the shifter. The truck has 95,000 miles and is a great truck. The truck seems to take a bit longer to shift also have had to lift my foot off the gas to shift. Any help would be great. Hope this a easy fix or do i need to get a gun and put it out of its misery?

I just had the od light on mine flash on and off and i read the code it turned out to be the vss(vehicle speed sensor) but my speedo quit and it also afected the 4x4 function hope this helps. also there was no check engine light on.

Thanks for the repaly will look in to it and see what come up . Still would like input from other people on what they may think has happen to cause this. Again thank you for your time in this matter.

You have to have your codes pulled as a first clue.
