Oil Pressure Switch
I'll Tell Ya What Is Happening, Once My Truck Is Running For An Exteneded Period of Time, I Stop At A Stop Sign or Red Light Or Whenever I Come To A Stop, My Oil Pressure Guage Drops Low and The Oil Light Comes On. If I Put It In Park Then It Goes Back To Normal Or If I Put It In Neutral and Give It Some Gas It Goes Back Up. I Was Told It Was The Oil Pressure Switch. Does That Sound Right?

The switch closes with as little as 6 psi. but it maybe faulty.
I would test the real pressure with a mechanical gauge connected to the port the switch came out of to be sure of what you have.
If no or very low pressure then you may lose the engine and should know about this. Should be seeing between 40 and 60 psi at 2500 rpm.
The location is the left front of the engine. I's should be mounted on a special fitting.
oil pressure loss in this case is caused by the pump loosing pressure as it pumps coolant as well as oil.
look in the 4.2 forum and hydrolocking is the major issue with your year,as mine, engine.
get lower manifold and timing gaskets replaced before the engine distroys its self.
