'51front leaf springs
I recently purchased a '51 F-1. I have noticed that the front leaf springs are different. The driver's side are thicker leaves and there are 7 leaves. The passenger side has 11 leaves, but they are thinner. The truck sits level and seems to ride just fine. It has had several modifications done to it, some kind, some not so kind. So, it wouldn't surprise me if they have been swapped around. If this was not the configuration that Ford originally sold, what was?
