Check presser at outlet of elc pump. have at least 7 psi. When not starting check pressure at that time. If less replace pump as turning up pressure will cause more problems. If good pressure and won't start replace screw in pellet filter at carb and replace with fitting and in-line filter.

Then it is obvioulsy a fuel delivery problem.
IMO, you need to revamp the system.
Personally I don't see any need for an electric fuel pump on these trucks.
IIWY, I would go back to a mechanical pump with new rubber hose (where applicable) and new hose clamps to ensure a closed line (no air leaks).
