I really didn't know where to post this so if it is the wrong place, sorry. Has anybody ever had any dealings with this warranty? I bought my truck about three weeks ago and bought this warranty to go with it. I thought that the toe was out on it but come to find out that the ball joints were bad. To cut throught all of the bull I took it to get it fixed the guy tore it apart and called them to get an authorization number on it and they denied it saying that it was pre existing. If that's the case every thing on it is pre existing. Needless to say it is burning me up. I could've waited 3 or 4 months and nothing probably would've never been said. I don't know what to do but the dealer never said squat about anything. What would y'all do?

I had bought an extended for my 04 Expedition - paid like 2,300 bucks. First time I went to use it same thing happened. It was on some A/C valve for the rear cooling. Covered every freaken thing else except that. Cancelled got my money back and bought my F250. Since I have bought nothing but ESP from Ford.
I agree, the aftermarket warranties are a real crap shoot. My wife had one on her car, and when we traded it in (prior to expiration) I attempted to get the remainder of the warranty bought out. Well, to make a long story short, the warranty company had gone belly up, without ever telling anyone, and the bankruptcy court was paying out pennies on the dollar for the reamining warranties. I think we hot about $100 back. Needless to say, from then on, I have only bought factory OEM wararnties (like Ford's ESP that I have on my '06 SD).
