Just back from the dealer........ Offered a 2007 King Ranch 4x4 at X-plan price. Current x-plan rebates + regular rebates = $4250. Price before taxes etc $34.9. Seems like a good deal. All options except DVD Nav. Thinking about it tonight. Any thoughts ??
How much better do you expect to do on the truck? The X-Plan rebates of $1,250 plus the $3,000 rebates on the truck is the best you're going to do unless they're going to give you A/D plan pricing.
The truck I built stickered at $36,185 but with X-plan is about $31,935.
I don't see the incentives getting much better than that during the near term. If you want the truck buy it. Otherwise, wait until the '08 models are out and find an '07 cheap.
Jim, I'd say go for it. I am looking at the same truck, 2007 King Ranch F-150 Crew Cab 150" wheelbase (6.5' bed) with Nav. In fact I just sat down and ordered it yesterday. My x-plan price is $36k. I have the ability to back out if the $3000 worth of corporate rebates change before it arrives.
I currently own a 2006 F-250 Crew Cab Long Bed and will be selling it. The Super Duty has a nice fold-out rack underneath the rear seat, I will -really- be missing this feature in the F-150. Also one would think that a ~ $40k high end vehicle would come with a bluetooth handsfree kit and a reverse camera, but I guess not. Oh well I will have to go aftermarket for these things.
Right, the $36k is my x-plan price after all rebates. When ordering, I signed a note that said if the rebates decrease I can walk away from the order and get my deposit back.
Please call Brandmotion at 877-276-6456 to obtain Navigation and a DVD player for your F 150 with a factory installed appearance and at a reasonable price!
