Adding FW-15/16

Is it ok to add FW15/16 directly into the coolant expansion tank? Will it cycle into the system quickly?

You mean the degas bottle, yes it is ok. Takes a little bit to completely mix, but is does circulate through out the system,

Degas Bottle

I had no idea it was called that? I've always called it the overflow expansion tank etc.

Well i don't know if its from the name of the guy who invented it, or if it is a "de-gassing" tank, which is another name for a de-aeraetion tank, to let the entrained air out of the system at the highest point.

I do really notice that my degas bottle really circulates coolant with my coolant filter, because the filter pulls a small bit of coolant out of the side of the pump, and the return to the system is in the degas bottle, and i know it circulates it.
