2005 E-250 auto-lock question

2005 E-250 auto-lock question
I'm driving a 2005 E-250 to do deliveries on my part time job. I want the doors to lock automatically as I drive off like they do on my '98 F150. 
The van does have remote control for the electric door locks. I have searched the manual and not found the deactivation/activation process. I have tried the processes stated for both my '98 F-150 and an '05 F-150 to no avail. 
Question 1: Anyone have a '04-'06 E250 that actually has the auto-lock feature enabled?
Question 2: Does anyone have the proper programming sequence for the E-250?

As I go through the programming procedure listed for the pickups the van actually responds with "horn beeps" as the truck does but will never complete the process .....
