Yesterday I did my pre pump mods. Wasn't to bad, had it all done in about 5 hours counting the time I went back inside to warm up. I live in the foothills in Ca and the max temp yesterday was 33.
Next on my list is the HPX. I was going to install it when my son took his nap, but it just started raining. (no garage) After that a 4" Turbo back with no muffler, I would rather a 5" but money has the final say. At the same time as the exhaust I want to put a 1.15 turbine housing on.
Superpony, you know that if you get a 5" straight pipe system from MKO diesel performance, it will be about $370 or around that. I bought a 4" aluminized system from Black Cloud Diesel back when Garrett was there, and it was around $400 if you did not include the tip. Mark's systems are very reasonably priced and not built "cheaply".
Thanks strokin, you come through again. I will check his systems out.

With a 1.15 turbine housing do I need a wastegate? I see them sold with both.
No the 1.15 housing completely eliminates the wastegate. It is so efficient that it does not need one. The one you are referring to is a 1.00A/R housing, which is like a happy medium between stock and 1.15. I too have seen some with a wastegate, and some without one. If i were to do a 1.00 housing (which i will NOT), i would opt for the wastegate.
